Steve Longan - General Contractor
Steve Longan has over 40 years of construction experience. His knowledge, skills and management ability brought him to a position of prominence with a major Colorado construction firm. His very successful track record in commercial construction includes ground up construction of McDonald's, Black Eye Pea and Taco Bell. He has completed five playlands for McDonald's plus numerous tenant finish improvements in offices, daycare centers, restaurants, and retail malls. In the residential field, Steve has over 50 residential homes, a 56-unit apartment complex and a 10-unit condominium project to his credit.
Ryan Longan - Project Manager
Ryan has over 15 years experience in the construction field. He graduated from Western State Colorado University with two degrees in business management and accounting. He has been managing projects for Skyline for 10 years and has completed numerous interior remodels along with many residential remodels and additions. He is an ICC certified national general contractor with an A license and is also certified in home inspection.
Terry Longan - Secretary/Treasurer
Terry has over 20 years experience in the field of bookkeeping as well as a Bachelors degree in accounting. She performs the duties of the office manager bookkeeper, and human resource manager.
